So far, my attempt at NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) has been a failure. I did really well at the beginning, getting ahead of schedule the second day, but then life happened. Important tests, stressful exams, huge papers assigned just 2 days before their due date, and other horrible school stuff came upon me all at once. Oh yeah, I forgot the group projects. My novel idea is amazing, something that I really enjoy and want to write, but life hit me hard and finding time to write meant no homework done or no sleep, and I really need sleep to survive the tests. But now I have found my NaNoWriMo salvation. My word count shall soar and I'll catch up quickly. I will even finish 50k words on time. Thank you Write-ins and Write-or-Die. I get a lot more written with those than I do on my own, and I do it in less time as well. Hopefully with these, time management will become easier and I'll succeed in NaNoWriMo AND homework. Celebration!!!

I should make note that I did finish Nano that November. I had to write 30k words in the last two days, but I accomplished it with grandeur!
